Mozibox

Mozibox is the company I co-founded to answer the gap after training: physicians receive the most structured training of any profession and then face a career with no map.

The public description is short: an AI career copilot for physicians, built to help them find and navigate the nonclinical and leadership roles where physicians lead, innovate, and shape the future of healthcare. A physician’s training is a rare and expensive asset, and the world has far more uses for it than the clinic alone. Most of those uses are invisible from inside the clinic, and most of the people who hold them are too busy to explain how they got there.

So the instrument has to do what a good mentor does. It has to listen first, to what you trained in, what you are good at, and what you are tired of. It has to know the territory, which means knowing real roles, real companies, and the real language they use. And it has to be honest about fit, because an instrument that flatters is a toy.
